Browsing the entire content directory is always free. Creating your own content requires a subscription, which starts at $9/month with 50 credits. You can try it out and see what others have created without paying anything.
TAC exports in Universal VTT (UVTT) format, which works with Foundry VTT, Roll20, Owlbear Rodeo, and other platforms. We also have a dedicated Foundry VTT importer module for one-click import with automatic lighting.
