Image Editor
Documentation and guides to help you get the most out of TAC.
Overview
The Image Editor provides tools for modifying scene background images and monster portraits. Access it by clicking the edit icon on any image.
Core Features:
- Pan and zoom to navigate large images
- AI-powered inpainting for selective modifications
Important: All changes are previewed in real-time but won't be saved until you click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the toolbar.
Pan Tool
The Pan Tool allows you to navigate around your image. Access it from the leftmost toolbar using the hand icon.
Using Pan Tool
- Click and drag to move the image around
- Click the "Reset Pan" button to return to the original position
Inpaint Tool
The Inpaint Tool lets you selectively modify parts of your image using AI. Access it from the leftmost toolbar using the brush icon.
Using Inpaint Tool
- Click and drag to paint over areas you want to change
- Adjust brush size using the dropdown menu (8px to 64px)
- Enter a text prompt describing the desired changes
- Click "Apply Changes" to preview the modification
- Click "Save Changes" when you're satisfied with the result
Tips
- Paint over the entire area you want to change
- Be specific in your text prompt about the desired result
- Use the "Reset Mask" button to clear your selection and start over
- You can make multiple inpainting changes before saving
- Changes aren't permanent until you click "Save Changes"
